Products or services mentioned on the message board do not constitute recommendations or endorsement by DaVita. The views and opinions of those who post messages on the message board do not necessarily reflect those of DaVita or currently accepted medical thinking. Nothing on this message board is or should be considered to be medical advice.

DaVita disclaims any representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained on this message board, whether posted by DaVita or others. In no event shall DaVita be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or damages of any kind whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted on the message board.
